Chicken and Pasta Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 6 oz. cooked fusilli pasta
- 1 cooked chicken breast
- 4 oz. La Mexicana Mild Salsa
- 10 oz. chopped flat parsley
- Clove of fresh garlic, minced
- 10 oz. olive oil
- 1 oz. ground parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
Cook pasta in a pot of well salted boiling water for around 7 minutes or until pasta is soft. In a sauté pan, add the oil. When hot, add the garlic and cook until the garlic is a light brown (do not over cook the garlic or you will get a burnt taste in the finished pasta). Add the salsa and salt and pepper to taste. Then, add the pasta and toss lightly. Lastly spoon pasta into a bowl, add the chicken and top with the cheese and parsley. Enjoy!
