Fish Tacos Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 6 oz. piece of Red or Yellowtail Snapper
- 4 oz. of La Mexicana Mango Peach Salsa
- 4 sprigs of fresh cilantro
- 2 oz. of Cotija cheese
- 3 oz. red cabbage
- Blacking seasoning
- Lime wedges for garnish
- 3 flour or corn tortillas
- Touch of olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Place oil into a sauté pan, garnish fish with blackening seasoning, when oil starts to smoke place the fish filets in the pan. Cook on each side for around 2-3 minutes and when done place fish on a plate. Slice the fish into strips. Warm up the tortillas in a oven for one minute, place fish in the tortillas, add the La Mexicana Mango Peach Salsa, cabbage, Cotija cheese and then garnish with cilantro sprigs and lime wedges, Enjoy!
