Churrasco Skirt Steak Recipe with Cantina Salsa
You can find churrasco cut steaks at your supermarket, or try a Latin American or a Mexican market. Otherwise, talk to a good butcher; tell them you want a skirt steak, cut from the plate and sliced long.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 pieces skirt steak
- 1 cup marinade
- ¼ cup La Mexicana Cantina Salsa
- 2 tbsp red onions, ¼” dice
- 1 sprig cilantro
DIRECTIONS
- Marinate steak in marinade for 3 hours
- Season steak with salt and pepper
- Grill or sear in pan to desired temperature
- Top with La Mexicana Cantina Salsa
- Sprinkle red onions over steak and salsa
- Garnish with cilantro sprig
